Hello my amazing, wonderful, lovely readers. I know I have been pretty quiet over the last few months. Even my Etsy store is on vacation. My apologies for the absence! I don’t know if I express often enough how amazing the support I’ve experienced during this journey has been. I cannot thank you enough for that, but big changes in my life just made this blog, the store, and my business a bit chaotic. You see my lovely readers, We’ve been searching for the perfect new home.
Our previous home was a generational property belonging to my partner’s long-time Colleyville Family. Times change, and so must we. We’ve sold the property and moved to our new home in Eustace, TX. From our small beginnings on a three acre plot, to hope for new things in the new year, Hambone’s Mercantile is looking towards big things in 2025.
A little teaser for 2025, we have a small farm stand that should be up and running in the coming months, jellies, soaps, native plant seeds, and vegetable starts are on the menu! Our greenhouse is going up, and though my lovely established garden is no more, we will be starting with a fresh new slate this spring. Soon, we will be back to offering fresh garden vegetables, fruits, and of course, chicken eggs!
